Must-haves

  • 5+ years of SEO strategy and technical SEO experience
  • Experience with SEO strategy, technical SEO, and organic search optimization
  • Ability to conduct technical SEO audits and define implementation strategies
  • Ability to translate SEO insights into scalable operational frameworks and processes
  • Deep understanding of improving organic rankings and traffic growth
  • Deep knowledge of SEO for multi-location or franchise-style businesses
  • Strong communication skills in both spoken and written English

What you will work on

  • SEO Strategy & Program Development
  • Define and evolve long-term SEO strategy across multiple clinic websites and geographic markets
  • Create scalable SEO frameworks and operational playbooks to enable repeatable execution across locations
  • Establish SEO fulfillment best practices including content optimization, technical improvements, local search visibility
  • Identify opportunities to increase the efficiency and impact of SEO across platform infrastructure and websites
  • Technical SEO & Site Optimization
  • Perform technical SEO audits to identify crawlability, indexing, site architecture, and performance issues
  • Define and prioritize remediation initiatives to improve site health and search engine accessibility
  • Provide technical SEO guidance related to schema, internal linking, metadata structures, page performance
  • Collaborate with engineering and internal teams to ensure proper implementation of SEO improvements
  • Organic Growth & Keyword Strategy
  • Identify high-impact opportunities to increase organic search visibility and keyword rankings
  • Develop keyword strategies and content optimization plans aligned with search intent and local service demand
  • Prioritize initiatives including Page One keyword movement and content expansion to accelerate organic growth
  • Local SEO Strategy
  • Design scalable strategies to improve local search visibility across multiple clinic locations
  • Identify opportunities to strengthen local search signals including location pages, listings management, structured data
  • Support best practices for multi-location SEO environments
  • SEO Performance Measurement & Insights
  • Define measurement frameworks and reporting structures for SEO performance tracking
  • Monitor and analyze SEO KPIs including keyword rankings, organic traffic growth, new user discovery, conversion outcomes
  • Provide strategic insights and recommendations to guide continuous SEO optimization
  • Cross-Team Collaboration
  • Collaborate with marketing, web, and product teams to align SEO initiatives with broader business goals
  • Support prioritization of SEO opportunities alongside marketing and product initiatives
  • Educate internal stakeholders on SEO best practices and emerging search opportunities
