What you will work on
- Drive revenue retention and expansion while ensuring customer success with company products
- Manage and grow a portfolio of existing accounts, nurturing long-term relationships and identifying growth opportunities
- Act as a trusted advisor by leveraging product expertise and data insights to improve customer outcomes and increase adoption
- Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders and decision-makers across customer organizations
- Develop and execute strategic account plans focused on upselling, cross-selling, renewals, and long-term value growth
- Conduct regular business reviews to evaluate account health, satisfaction, and expansion potential
- Identify, pursue, and close upsell, cross-sell, and renewal opportunities to meet assigned revenue targets
- Monitor customer health metrics, identify risks, and define mitigation plans to ensure continued success and accurate revenue forecasting
- Provide ongoing guidance and support to ensure customers fully leverage available solutions
- Analyze customer usage data to identify improvement areas and increase product adoption by end users
- Deliver data-driven recommendations to optimize customer workflows and maximize business value
- Collaborate with Sales, Marketing, Product, and Support teams to communicate customer insights and support growth initiatives
