Must-haves

  • 3+ years of Node.js experience
  • Experience with HTML, CSS
  • Experience with SQL, PostgreSQL
  • Proficiency with full-stack web development and UI implementation
  • Ability to translate Figma designs into pixel-perfect interfaces
  • Ability to explain and defend technical implementation decisions
  • Based in Brazil, Argentina, Paraguay, Colombia, Costa Rica, Peru, Chile, and Mexico
  • Strong communication skills in both spoken and written English.

What you will work on

  • Develop full-stack features: Build new functionality, implement platform improvements, resolve application issues
  • Deliver end-to-end solutions: Manage the full lifecycle of feature development from implementation to release
  • Maintain code quality standards: Produce reliable, regression-resistant code to support stable deployments
  • Translate product designs into interfaces: Convert Figma mockups into precise, production-ready UI components
  • Collaborate within agile workflows: Manage stories, tasks, and progress tracking in JIRA
  • Partner with cross-functional teams: Coordinate with QA, product owners, and engineering leads to ensure successful feature delivery
