Must-haves

  • 6+ years of full-stack development experience
  • Experience with TypeScript
  • Experience with React
  • Experience back-end development using Node
  • Experience with applying AI and LLM solutions in current or recent roles
  • Proficiency with owning features from concept through delivery
  • Ability to evaluate tradeoffs across UX, edge cases, and technical constraints
  • Interest in fast iteration cycles and frequent shipping
  • Strong communication skills in both spoken and written English

Nice-to-haves

What you will work on

  • This is a founding-level role
  • Collaborate closely with the founder and take ownership of core product areas
  • Design and implement end-to-end product flows that translate unclear user needs into actionable solutions
  • Build and maintain full-stack systems across frontend, backend, APIs, and data models
  • Develop native iOS applications using Swift, SwiftUI, Xcode
  • Integrate modern AI tooling into product workflows
  • Ensure system reliability so users can complete and deliver real outcomes
  • Define early architectural choices, refine them over time, and observe their impact on user experience
