Requirements

Must-haves

  • 5+ years of full-stack development experience
  • Experience with JavaScript, HTML5, and CSS3
  • Proficiency with AI-assisted development tools (e.g., Claude, ChatGPT, Cursor, Windsurf, GitHub Copilot, etc.)
  • Deep knowledge of application testing, QA workflows
  • Experience with cloud infrastructure and system monitoring
  • Experience with Supabase and Railway
  • Experience with REST APIs, webhooks, authentication systems, and third-party platform integrations (e.g., Stripe)
  • Deep understanding of scaling strategies and performance optimization for high-concurrency B2C environments
  • Strong communication skills in both spoken and written English

What you will work on

  • This is a part-time role (20 hours/week) for a 3–month contract
  • Scale, stabilize, and support the ongoing development of a core AI-based platform
  • Build and maintain robust API integrations between internal and third-party systems
  • Implement new features and capabilities in close collaboration with founders and leadership
  • Finalize existing wireframes and blueprints into a polished, user-friendly B2C interface
  • Test platform functionality, workflows, and performance under multi-user conditions to identify and resolve bugs
  • Build and manage identical dual-platform staging environments for rolling upgrades
  • Assist with technical architecture decisions and strategic deployment processes
