Requirements
Must-haves
- 4+ years of growth marketing experience, ideally in a B2B context
- Experience building and leading personalized, AI-driven growth programs
- Ability to partner closely with technical builders (e.g. GTM Engineers), setting priorities and specs for them to execute
- Ability to test strategies quickly and iterate rather than over-specifying
- Deep understanding of how AI is reshaping growth and marketing (e.g. AEO, personalization at scale, agentic workflows, de-anonymization-driven outreach)
- Deep understanding of sales, marketing, and revenue processes, and what GTM teams actually need from their systems
- Strong communication skills in both spoken and written English

- Experience building or scaling a growth function in a high-growth environment
- Basic technical or scripting knowledge to communicate effectively with the GTM Engineer
- Familiarity with CRM tools (e.g. Salesforce, Hubspot) and how growth strategy connects to pipeline data
- Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, or equivalent
What you will work on
- Own GTM strategy and prioritization, identifying the highest-leverage motions to build or transform in partnership with marketing and the GTM Engineer
- Shape the AI-driven growth playbook, covering AI search visibility (AEO), signal-based personalization at scale (e.g. website de-anonymization), and AI-powered demand generation across organic, inbound, and outbound channels
- Define ICP, segmentation, and enrichment strategy, turning raw data into sales-ready, signal-to-action intelligence alongside the GTM Engineer
- Design a multi-channel prospecting strategy, covering sequencing, messaging, channel mix, and testing (e.g., subject lines, send times, offers) across outbound and inbound motions
- Set ABM and paid media strategy, defining audience targeting across channels (e.g. LinkedIn, Google) and connecting ad engagement to pipeline data
- Adapt proven, AI-driven growth playbooks to fit our market and product
- Partner closely with the GTM Engineer, translating strategic direction into clear priorities and specs while they handle execution
