Must-haves

  • Strong communication skills in both spoken and written English

What you will work on

This is an internal position to work on Strider's team.

The HR Manager supports a range of HR functions, including onboarding, performance management, personnel development, and retention.

The professional works closely with the internal team, top talent working for US companies, and clients to ensure alignment with company policies and best practices.

  • Onboarding: Manage the onboarding process for new hires, ensuring they receive the necessary support and resources to integrate smoothly into the company.
  • Client Relations: Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, acting as a point of contact for HR-related inquiries.
  • Talent Relations: Conduct regular check-ins with talent to promote their successful adaptation to the company, provide ongoing support, and address any concerns to guarantee a positive work experience.
  • Performance Management: Support leaders and professionals in managing performance, providing guidance to maintain high standards and continuous improvement.
  • Development: Identify skill gaps and development opportunities, and implement programs to foster professional growth.
  • Documentation & Reporting: Ensure HR documentation is accurate and up-to-date, assisting with preparing and maintaining HR guidelines and reports as necessary.
  • Compensation: Assist with compensation management, including payment administration and renegotiations, to ensure fair and competitive compensation for talent.
