  • - **Client Relations:** Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, acting as a point of contact for HR-related inquiries.
  • - **Talent Relations:** Conduct regular check-ins with talent to promote their successful adaptation to the company, provide ongoing support, and address any concerns to guarantee a positive work experience.
  • - **Performance Management:** Support leaders and professionals in managing performance, providing guidance to maintain high standards and continuous improvement.
  • - **Development:** Identify skill gaps and development opportunities, and implement programs to foster professional growth.
  • - **Documentation & Reporting:** Ensure HR documentation is accurate and up-to-date, assisting with preparing and maintaining HR guidelines and reports as necessary.
  • - **Compensation:** Assist with compensation management, including payment administration and renegotiations, to ensure fair and competitive compensation for talent.
