Must-haves
- 4+ years of software development experience
- Strong experience with AWS
- Experience with C#/.NET
- Experience with Angular
- Experience assisting clients in effectively using client-facing systems, especially in CRM integration
- Based in Brazil, Argentina, Paraguay, Colombia, or Mexico
- Strong communication skills in both spoken and written English

What you will work on
- Provide L3 technical support to internal business teams for internal systems
- Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues, coordinating with internal and external teams
- Assist clients in effectively using client-facing systems, especially in CRM integration
- Monitor, track, and resolve support incidents promptly and effectively
- Document incidents, root causes, solutions, and workarounds
- Update the support knowledge base regularly
- Contribute to the development and maintenance of internal and client-facing systems
- Maintain professional and courteous communication with clients and third-party vendors
