Requirements

Must-haves

  • 2-4 years of experience in marketing operations
  • Strong understanding of B2B sales cycles and pipeline stages
  • Hands-on experience with CRM systems
  • Proven ability to build accurate dashboards and reports that connect marketing activities to revenue outcomes
  • Strong analytical skills and experience working with data in Excel or Google Sheets (advanced formulas, pivot tables, data validation)
  • Experience maintaining data hygiene (deduplication, enrichment, governance, etc)
  • Ability to collaborate across sales, marketing, and finance
  • Strong communication skills in English (written and spoken)
  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing or a related field
  • Based in Latin America

Nice-to-haves

  • Currently based in Brazil or Mexico
  • Experience working in a B2B SaaS environment
  • Proficiency with HubSpot (GTM workflows and reporting)
  • Understanding of lead scoring, routing, enrichment, and lifecycle ops
  • Familiarity with outbound tools (Apollo, Clay, etc.) or willing to lead tool adoption

What you will work on

  • Own HubSpot (Marketing, Sales, and other hubs): lists, automations, scoring, routing, enrichment, etc.
  • Build and maintain reporting and dashboards used to guide GTM strategy
  • Own pipeline tracking and funnel performance reporting 
  • Manage campaign workflows, lifecycle journeys, and conversion tracking (you’ll be involved in building demand gen, content, and other new-to-Strider channels)
  • QA, segment, and support existing and new campaigns 
  • Implement and support outbound tools, sequencing, and list-building
  • Identify and fix process and data gaps across the GTM motion
