Requirements

Must-haves

  • 6+ years of Designer experience
  • A strong portfolio of shipped products
  • Experience with Figma
  • Proficiency with product design, interaction design, UX design, and prototyping
  • Ability to design end-to-end user experiences and translate user needs into effective flows
  • Deep knowledge of user experience principles, including interaction design, information architecture, and user journeys
  • Deep understanding of visual design, including typography, layout, and hierarchy
  • Familiarity with AI tools for design workflows and productivity
  • Interest in building AI-driven products and interfaces
  • Availability to work in a fast-paced environment
  • Strong communication skills in both spoken and written English

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Design or equivalent

What you will work on

  • Redesign core product experience including onboarding, data upload, natural language queries, data visualization, and insight sharing
  • Define and evolve design language across the platform including layout, typography, interaction patterns, motion, and visual hierarchy
  • Create UX vision for interacting with AI agents across different interfaces ensuring intuitive and consistent experiences
  • Design interaction flows for AI-driven data analysis including task delegation, output review, correction, and trust-building mechanisms
  • Prototype high-fidelity experiences and iterate quickly based on real user feedback
  • Product Design & Experience
  • Develop end-to-end UX flows and refine interaction patterns across the platform
  • Design visuals including graphics, diagrams, icons, and interface elements
  • Collaboration & Delivery
  • Partner with engineering and product teams to deliver features continuously and refine user experience details
  • Iterate rapidly while maintaining high-quality standards
  • User Research & Feedback
  • Conduct discovery interviews, usability tests, and customer calls
  • Translate user feedback into actionable UX improvements
