Requirements
Must-haves
- 2+ years of professional experience
- Salesforce configuration experience
- Experience with DevOps workflows in a Salesforce context (e.g., sandboxes, change sets, deployment pipelines)
- Salesforce Administrator certification (ADM-201)
- Experience with declarative tools, flows, custom objects, reports, and dashboards
- Experience with data mapping and cleansing activities
- Ability to facilitate system demos and client training sessions
- Strong communication skills in both spoken and written English
Nice-to-haves
- Startup experience
- Prior experience working with or within education institutions (e.g., K–12, higher education, nonprofits)
- Proficiency with Data Loader and/or Data Import Wizard
- Exposure to Education Cloud or Nonprofit Success Pack (NPSP)
- Background in SaaS implementation, edtech, or consulting environments
- Bachelor's Degree in Computer Engineering, Computer Science, or equivalent
What you will work on
- This is a full-time (40h/week) for a 6-month contract
- Configure Salesforce environments to align with client requirements (e.g., objects, fields, layouts, flows, automation)
- Build and maintain reports and dashboards to provide clients with meaningful visibility into their data
- Execute data imports and exports using Data Loader and/or Data Import Wizard
- Support data mapping and cleansing activities to ensure accurate migrations
- Develop and run functional test scripts to validate system behavior prior to client delivery
- Support customer UAT by building structured test scripts and guiding clients through the testing process
- Conduct system demonstrations, presenting solutions clearly and confidently to clients
- Participate in DevOps activities (e.g., change management, sandbox management, deployment)
- Act as a bridge between engineering and clients, surfacing feedback and keeping both sides aligned
