Requirements
Must-haves
- 7+ years of frontend development experience, including 3+ years in a Senior or Lead role
- Proficiency with Angular
- Strong knowledge of HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript, TypeScript, and responsive design principles
- Deep understanding of frontend architecture, state management, and design patterns
- Proficiency with CI/CD pipelines, GitLab (or similar), and cloud deployments
- Experience leading the design and implementation of enterprise-grade user interfaces
- Experience evaluating and migrating frontend frameworks
- Ability to quickly learn and master existing codebases without formal handover
- Strong communication skills in both spoken and written English

What you will work on
This is a long-term contract, 12+ months. With 40-hour a week workloads during the first 3 months and 30-hour a week workloads during the remainder of the contract.
- Lead the development and ownership of the frontend for our SaaS loan processing platform
- Define technical direction, make architectural decisions, and align the frontend with business requirements
- Build responsive, modern, and user-friendly interfaces for banks and financial institutions
- Assess the current Angular stack and decide on migration or adoption of new frameworks (Angular, React, Vue)
- Manage and maintain the existing codebase hosted on GitLab
- Apply UX/UI skills to improve initial designs and later collaborate with a dedicated specialist
- Ensure applications are performant, accessible, and meet web standards
- Integrate APIs and deliver complete features in close collaboration with backend engineers
- Introduce new frameworks, tools, and practices to drive innovation and development quality
