Must-haves

What you will work on

  • Design and deliver seamless technical workflows by partnering with engineering, vendors, and internal teams
  • Optimize the client onboarding experience by identifying friction points and accelerating time-to-value
  • Translate user behavior, onboarding trends, and support feedback into actionable product improvements
  • Anticipate system limitations, evolving partner roadmaps, and cross-team dependencies
  • Support platform adoption by removing complexity from lender and loan officer workflows
  • Track integration usage patterns and address adoption blockers through structured processes
  • Lead strategy, planning, and delivery of integrations with LOS, pricing engines, CRMs, and external platforms
  • Define clear requirements and success criteria aligned with product vision and user needs
  • Drive continuous improvements in the client onboarding journey by reducing friction and increasing speed to value
  • Identify and manage dependencies, technical constraints, and shifting partner roadmaps
  • Understand user motivations deeply to deliver high-value experiences that delight customers
  • Monitor adoption patterns and usage drop-offs to inform cross-functional process and product improvements
  • Translate product requirements into actionable goals and deliverables for the engineering team
