Must-haves
- 7+ years of product management experience
- Startup experience
- Experience delivering user-friendly, high-impact product experiences
- Ability to analyze user behavior, conduct market research, and make data-informed decisions
- Ability to prioritize tasks and drive outcomes in fast-paced environments
- Strong communication skills in both spoken and written English
Nice-to-haves
- Proven track record of shipping employer-facing features used by job seekers, hiring managers, or recruiters
- Experience with analytics tools (Mixpanel, Google Tag Manager, etc)
- Experience as a Recruiter or hiring manager
- Bachelor's Degree in Computer Engineering, Computer Science, or equivalent
What you will work on
This is an internal position to work on Strider's team.
- Define and own the roadmap for job seeker and recruiter facing products
- Gather customer insights through interviews, analytics, and feedback
- Translate employer workflows into product requirements and prioritized features
- Write clear PRDs, customer stories, and acceptance criteria
- Partner with design and engineering to ship features on time and to spec
- Define and run experiments, analyze results, and iterate.
- Coordinate launches with other teams
- Communicate status and trade-offs to stakeholders and leadership
