Requirements

Must-haves

  • 7+ years of product management experience
  • Professional experience owning B2B products
  • Startup experience
  • Experience delivering user-friendly, high-impact product experiences
  • Ability to analyze user behavior, conduct market research, and make data-informed decisions
  • Ability to prioritize tasks and drive outcomes in fast-paced environments
  • Strong communication skills in both spoken and written English

Nice-to-haves

  • Proven track record of shipping employer-facing features used by hiring managers or recruiters
  • Experience with analytics tools (Mixpanel, Google Tag Manager, etc)
  • Experience as a recruiter or hiring manager
  • Bachelor's Degree in Computer Engineering, Computer Science, or equivalent

What you will work on

This is an internal position to work on Strider's team.

  • Define and own the roadmap for employer-facing products (B2B)
  • Gather customer insights through interviews, analytics, and feedback
  • Translate employer workflows into product requirements and prioritized features
  • Write clear PRDs, customer stories, and acceptance criteria
  • Partner with design and engineering to ship features on time and to spec
  • Define and run experiments, analyze results, and iterate
  • Coordinate launches with other teams
  • Communicate status and trade-offs to stakeholders and leadership
