Requirements
Must-haves
- 3-5 years of social media management experience
- Proven experience building social presence (especially LinkedIn) across platforms for B2B or technology companies
- Fluent English, with the ability to write with nuance, humor, and cultural fluency for Strider’s audience
- Comfortable being on-camera and the “face” of Strider’s social channels when appropriate
- Hands-on design/editing skills in tools like Canva or Figma
- Strong analytical skills; experience optimizing content and campaigns based on performance data
Nice-to-haves
- Experience engaging both client and candidate sides of a two-sided marketplace
- Familiarity with HubSpot or similar CRM/marketing automation tools
- Experience with creators, community building, or influencer campaigns
- Prior exposure to U.S. startup or engineering talent markets
- Ideally based near Belo Horizonte or Sao Paulo for proximity to events and team meetups, but open to candidates across LATAM with the right experience
What you will work on
- Build and execute social strategies on all platforms, including LinkedIn, Meta, X, and potentially TikTok.
- Create and publish content (posts, threads, memes, videos, thought leadership) that resonates with startup leaders and engineering communities
- Act as the public face of Strider’s social, appearing in posts, short videos, and community interactions
- Handle basic design and editing for graphics, video snippets, and social assets (no hand-offs for small edits)
- Manage smaller paid social campaigns, coordinate with our agency partner for larger campaigns
- Monitor and report on growth, engagement, and conversion with clear attribution to business outcomes
- Collaborate with marketing, content, and recruiting teams to align messaging and campaigns across channels
- Track industry, platform, and cultural trends to keep Strider relevant in both communities
