Requirements
Must-haves
- 2+ years of recruitment, HR, or related experience
- Experience recruiting for IT positions
- Experience assessing candidate skills to ensure accurate role alignment
- Customer-focused mindset with the ability to build and maintain strong relationships
- Adaptability to quickly respond to shifting priorities and unexpected challenges
- Collaboration skills to work effectively with cross-functional teams and clients
- Strong communication skills in both spoken and written English
- Bachelor’s Degree in Psychology
Nice-to-haves
- Startup experience
- Experience working in a technology or SaaS company
- Proficiency in both spoken and written Portuguese and/or Spanish
What you will work on
- Provide dedicated support to candidates using the platform, ensuring they have the best possible experience
- Work between Strider's client companies and candidates, assessing candidates' fit for each role, identifying those who meet the must-haves, and selecting the most relevant candidates for each position
- Communicate with candidates to guarantee that their profiles are accurate, complete, and up to date
- Train and guide candidates to increase their chances of success, from optimizing their profiles to conducting mock interviews that prepare them for real opportunities
- Adopt a proactive and strategic approach to consistently deliver the most qualified candidates quickly, meeting and exceeding client demands
