Must-haves

  • 2+ years of professional experience
  • Experience with Wrike configuration, instance architecture, and setup
  • Experience with Salesforce integrations and workflows
  • Experience with integration and automation tools (Make, Workato, Zapier)
  • Experience with cutover planning, sequencing, and risk mitigation
  • Experience documenting processes and guidelines in Guru
  • Strong communication skills in both spoken and written English

What you will work on

  • Wrike instance architecture and setup
  • • To configure spaces, folders, project templates, custom fields, and permission models
  • • To model onboarding and implementation workflows in Wrike, including non-linear paths
  • Integration and automation
  • • To plan and implement Wrike and Salesforce integrations using Make (Workato, Zapier, etc.)
  • • To define systems of record, data flows, error handling, and support ownership
  • Migration and transition support
  • • To plan cutover activities, define sequencing, and mitigate transition risks
  • Enablement and governance
  • • To produce documentation and deliver enablement materials
  • • To define and maintain usage guidelines and best practices in Guru
