  • Register customer sales tax accounts using state-specific portals, ensuring timely and accurate submissions
  • Link existing sales tax accounts to internal systems for streamlined tax processing
  • Communicate with state revenue departments to address account issues and maintain compliance
  • Audit account setups to confirm accuracy before filing periods
  • Track and resolve discrepancies or pending items affecting account registration or linking
  • Meet monthly deadlines for registration and system integration tasks
  • Work with internal teams, including customer support and compliance, to resolve registration-related questions
