You can earn up to $1,000 for each successful hire. We also pay you up to $2 commission for each eligible developer you refer who completes a profile on the platform. These can add up. Other Strider Refer members who are regular referrers earn $100's per month.
You can refer any talented software developers looking for remote job opportunities in the US as long as they're based in Argentina, Brazil, Colombia, or Mexico. Talent eligible for the profile completion commission must meet the following requirements: 1. Reside in a supported country 2. Be seeking an eligible job position 3. Have at least intermediate English (B1-B2) 4. Have at least 3 years of experience in the field they're seeking a job in (excluding internships) Job seekers who don't meet requirements 1 and 2 will not be able to create an account on Strider. Job seekers who don't meet requirements 3 and 4 will be able to sign up for Strider to enjoy our benefits and get access to our training material, but they won't be eligible for the profile completion bonus.
Joining our referral program is simple and free. Just create a Strider Refer account, and follow the onboarding process. The residency and tax requirements are as follows: 1. Must be a resident of Argentina, Brazil, Colombia, or Mexico 2. Must not be a US citizen or taxpayer
We are looking for skilled software developers with expertise in various technology stacks that are interested in working remotely for US-based companies. Our platform specializes in remote roles for senior mobile, front-end, back-end, full-stack developers

Record introductory videos in English From this stage onwards, all candidates gain access to the benefits section and those selected move forward to the next steps: 4. Intro call with client (30 minutes) 5. Strider technical assessment (take-home test or interview) 6. Final interview with client (up to 2 hours)
Strider Refer partners can earn in multiple ways: when a referred candidate completes their profile and when referred candidates are hired on Strider. Completed profile rewards apply to only certain job seekers with a higher chance of getting hired. However, all talent referred and hired through Strider is eligible for a hiring reward.
Absolutely! There is no limit to the number of developers you can refer. The more successful referrals you make, the more you can earn.
You can track your referrals and their status through your Strider account dashboard. This allows you to see which referrals have signed up, completed their profiles, and been successfully hired.
Referrals are eligible for the hiring bonus for up to 1 year after they've been referred.
The hiring bonus will be eligible for payment after the referred candidate completes their 30-day trial period.
