Requirements
Must-haves
- 3+ years in a marketing role at a technology company
- Proficient in project management tools
- Familiarity with marketing technologies and software
- Advanced or fluent English
- Home base in the Americas
- Ability to evaluate channels and methods to generate inbound leads most efficiently
Nice-to-haves
- Experience working on marketing for products aimed at Engineering or HR departments
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or related field
What you will work on
- Lead and own demand-side (B2B) marketing at Strider
- Set marketing strategy together with the CEO and co-founder
- Coordinate information and content flow for effective marketing execution
- Implement a content strategy across website, blog, and social media
- Implement account-based marketing strategy using Hubspot
- Identify marketing channels that deliver the best ROI and lowest CAC
- Drive inbound leads of technology companies who want to hire remote software developers internationally
- Own content-related marketing and other channels like SEO, SEM, and partnerships
- Use, improve, and optimize our marketing tech stack (we use Hubspot)
Your skills
- Willingness to be hands-on — we're a growing company and everyone needs to make individual contributions at this stage
- Excellent writing/editing skills — content is going to be one of the key parts of our strategy, and we have a high bar for what we publish
- Experience owning a number — we're very results-oriented and want someone who's accustomed to owning an MQL commit
- Extensive experience marketing to US-based tech companies — that's who we're selling to
- Adept at leveraging AI — to improve the quality and efficiency of your work
