What you will work on
Strider is in search of a Marketing Coordinator to oversee and manage day-to-day marketing tasks, ensuring the seamless progression of projects.
As the primary liaison for marketing vendors and agencies, you will play a crucial role in project management, task fulfillment, and communication with internal and external stakeholders.
Reporting directly to the CEO, you will be responsible for coordinating information and content flow for effective marketing execution.
Task Management
- Efficiently manage day-to-day progression of marketing tasks for Strider.
- Coordinate and prioritize deliverables, ensuring timelines are met.
Vendor and Agency Liaison
- Act as the primary point of contact for all marketing vendors and agencies.
- Foster effective communication and collaboration with external partners.
Project Management
- Oversee the timelines and completion of marketing-related projects.
- Ensure all projects align with the company's marketing objectives.
Multitasking
- Balance multiple deliverables simultaneously, adapting to changing priorities.
- Demonstrate the ability to handle various tasks and projects with efficiency.
Communication
- Communicate effectively with internal teams, vendors, and agencies.
- Provide regular updates to the CEO on task fulfillment and project progress.
Content Coordination
- Gather information and content from the CEO for marketing purposes.
- Facilitate the distribution of content to relevant parties for creation and execution.
Marketing Performance
- Possess a strong understanding of marketing performance metrics.
- Assist in tracking and analyzing marketing efforts against company goals.
Reporting
- Prepare and present regular reports on marketing activities and outcomes.
