Requirements
Must-haves
- 5+ years of product management experience
- AI experience
- Experience working for SaaS-based products, ideally in a fast-paced or high-growth industry
- Proven track record in managing enterprise SaaS products, especially those focused on data-driven or workflow-intensive solutions
- Experience developing core SaaS products, APIs, and platform capabilities
- Experience with agile methodologies and backlog management tools
- Demonstrated success working with UX, engineering, marketing, sales, and other cross-functional teams
- Experience leading diverse teams toward a shared vision and achieving measurable outcomes
- Proficiency in analyzing product analytics and market research to inform prioritization and decision-making
- Strong ability to define and measure success metrics for features and overall product impact
- Strong written, verbal, and presentation abilities, with the confidence to communicate across both technical and non-technical audiences
- Ability to influence and align stakeholders at all organizational levels
- Strong communication skills in both spoken and written English

- Bachelor's Degree in Computer Engineering, Computer Science, or equivalent
What you will work on
- Customer-Centric Development: Understand customer needs, workflows, and challenges to inform product decisions
- Represent the voice of the customer throughout the product development process
- Manage the end-to-end product lifecycle, including ideation, user research, requirements gathering, launch, and post-launch optimization
- Ensure team and stakeholder alignment at every stage of the product lifecycle
- Identify opportunities for innovation through customer feedback, market research, internal insights, and competitive analysis
- Define and maintain a product roadmap that aligns with strategic business goals
- Work with engineering teams to prioritize and manage a lean/agile product backlog
- Collaborate with sales, marketing, and product marketing teams to prepare go-to-market strategies and execute successful product launches
- Engage with cross-functional stakeholders to gain consensus, define scope, and communicate progress and impact
- Define success metrics for new features and enhancements
- Analyze and measure the impact of product solutions, using data to guide future decisions
