Must-haves

  • 2+ years of recruitment, HR, or related experience
  • Experience recruiting for IT positions
  • Experience assessing candidate skills to ensure accurate role alignment
  • Customer-focused mindset with the ability to build and maintain strong relationships
  • Adaptability to quickly respond to shifting priorities and unexpected challenges
  • Collaboration skills to work effectively with cross-functional teams and clients
  • Strong communication skills in both spoken and written English
  • Bachelor’s Degree in Psychology

Nice-to-haves

  • Startup experience
  • Experience working in a technology or SaaS company
  • Proficiency in both spoken and written Portuguese and/or Spanish

What you will work on

  • Provide dedicated support to candidates using the platform, ensuring they have the best possible experience
  • Work between Strider's client companies and candidates, assessing candidates' fit for each role, identifying those who meet the must-haves, and selecting the most relevant candidates for each position
  • Communicate with candidates to guarantee that their profiles are accurate, complete, and up to date
  • Train and guide candidates to increase their chances of success, from optimizing their profiles to conducting mock interviews that prepare them for real opportunities
  • Adopt a proactive and strategic approach to consistently deliver the most qualified candidates quickly, meeting and exceeding client demands
