The event

What keeps great engineers around isn’t just compensation. It’s how they’re supported, challenged, and nurtured. In this session, Strider CEO Neal Kemp shares how to design the systems, cultivate the culture, and implement feedback mechanisms that lead to long-term retention and higher-performing engineering teams.
