Requirements
Must-haves
- 10+ years of software development experience
- 5+ years in senior technical leadership or executive roles (VP Engineering, VP Product, or CTO)
- Recent (within the last 24 months) senior or principal-level experience in architecture, engineering, or product management at an AI lab (OpenAI, Anthropic) or FAANG company (Google, Amazon, Meta, Microsoft, Apple)
- Proficiency with OpenAI, LLM
- Experience with scaling technology and product in high-growth B2B SaaS companies in the AI/ML domain
- Proven track record delivering large-scale technical projects for US-based enterprise clients
- Deep knowledge of Large Language Models (LLMs), including fine-tuning, retrieval-augmented generation (RAG), latency optimization, and cost management with provider APIs
- Strong communication skills in both spoken and written English
