Requirements

3+ years of data analytics experience
Proficiency with Excel (e.g. complex formulas, PivotTables, Power Query, data visualization)
Experience with VBA Programming
Proficiency with SQL
Experience in financial analysis, Business Intelligence, or revenue operations reporting
Experience evaluating tool enhancement requests with cross-functional teams (Proposals, Finance, Sales), balancing commercial and financial objectives
Experience translating and documenting business requirements through direct stakeholder collaboration
Ability to navigate complex, non-standard scenarios and develop practical solutions with cross-functional teams
Ability to manage multiple high-priority deliverables under aggressive deadlines and short turnaround times
Ability to balance business needs with financial and operational processes through critical thinking and stakeholder management
Strong communication skills in both spoken and written English

Act as embedded technical resource within a specific business unit, supporting internal teams
Maintain and optimize an existing budgeting tool while supporting transition to future data models
Own the budgeting spreadsheet, ensuring data integrity, accuracy and operational efficiency
Integrate new data streams and enhance existing data flows into current reporting structures
Bridge Excel-based processes and the central data warehouse to drive transition to BI
Partner with business stakeholders to translate business needs into actionable reports and insights
