- Deep understanding of managing engineering teams and driving high-quality delivery
- Strong communication skills in both spoken and written English

- Bachelor's Degree in Computer Engineering, Computer Science, or equivalent
What you will work on
- Lead and mentor a team of engineers working on front-end and back-end development
- Oversee the design, implementation, and delivery of scalable SaaS solutions (React, Ruby on Rails, AWS)
- Define technical strategy aligned with product objectives and business priorities
- Guide engineers in architecture decisions, code quality, testing, and security best practices
- Collaborate with product management to define requirements, project scope, and delivery timelines
- Implement and optimize agile workflows, CI/CD pipelines, and performance monitoring tools
- Ensure high standards of reliability, maintainability, and performance across systems
- Foster continuous learning and professional growth within the engineering team
- Act as the communication bridge between engineering, product, and leadership
