Requirements
Must-haves
- 9+ years of software development experience
- Experience with Ruby on Rails, AWS, and integrating third-party APIs
- Experience leading remote teams, setting clear objectives, and achieving milestones
- Ability to translate business requirements into scalable architecture and technical solutions
- Ability to convey technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders
- Experience working in a Seed to Series A/B startup
- Strong communication skills in both spoken and written English
Nice-to-haves
- Experience working with US companies
- Familiarity with Stripe Connect Express or other payment gateways
- Bachelor's Degree in Computer Engineering, Computer Science, or equivalent

- Design scalable and resilient systems on AWS infrastructure
- Contribute to coding and reviewing technical implementations
- Define and implement technical roadmap aligned with business goals
