Requirements

5+ years of full-stack development experience
Experience with JavaScript, HTML5, and CSS3
Proficiency with AI-assisted development tools (e.g., Claude, ChatGPT, Cursor, Windsurf, GitHub Copilot, etc.)
Deep knowledge of application testing, QA workflows
Experience with cloud infrastructure and system monitoring
Experience with Supabase and Railway
Experience with REST APIs, webhooks, authentication systems, and third-party platform integrations (e.g., Stripe)
Deep understanding of scaling strategies and performance optimization for high-concurrency B2C environments
Strong communication skills in both spoken and written English

This is a part-time role (20 hours/week) for a 3–month contract
Scale, stabilize, and support the ongoing development of a core AI-based platform
Build and maintain robust API integrations between internal and third-party systems
Implement new features and capabilities in close collaboration with founders and leadership
Finalize existing wireframes and blueprints into a polished, user-friendly B2C interface
Test platform functionality, workflows, and performance under multi-user conditions to identify and resolve bugs
Build and manage identical dual-platform staging environments for rolling upgrades
Assist with technical architecture decisions and strategic deployment processes
