Requirements

Must-haves

  • 4+ years of software development experience
  • Strong experience with AWS
  • Experience with C#/.NET
  • Experience with Angular
  • Experience assisting clients in effectively using client-facing systems, especially in CRM integration
  • Based in Brazil, Argentina, Paraguay, Colombia, or Mexico
  • Strong communication skills in both spoken and written English

Nice-to-haves

  • Startup experience
  • Bachelor's Degree in Computer Engineering, Computer Science, or equivalent

What you will work on

  • Provide L3 technical support to internal business teams for internal systems
  • Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues, coordinating with internal and external teams
  • Assist clients in effectively using client-facing systems, especially in CRM integration
  • Monitor, track, and resolve support incidents promptly and effectively
  • Document incidents, root causes, solutions, and workarounds
  • Update the support knowledge base regularly
  • Contribute to the development and maintenance of internal and client-facing systems
  • Maintain professional and courteous communication with clients and third-party vendors
