8+ years of experience as a full-stack web developer
2+ years of technical leadership or mentoring experience, guiding teams on architecture and design best practices
Experience managing big projects and breaking them down into smaller deliverables
Experience collaborating with product teams to align on priorities and navigate timelines
Balanced expertise in front-end and back-end development
Skilled in building backend APIs, databases, and designing intuitive front-end interfaces
Proficient in React
Proficient in .NET Framework, .NET 6+, ASP.NET, and .NET Core
Strong understanding of React fundamentals, including components, state, and hooks
Hands-on experience with Entity Framework and Entity Framework Core
Deep knowledge of SQL and relational database design
Experienced in applying software design patterns and industry best practices
Excellent communication skills in English, both verbal and written

Proficient in Git, CI/CD pipelines, and DevOps best practices
Experienced with both SQL and NoSQL database systems
Skilled in deploying and managing applications on AWS cloud infrastructure
Background working in fast-paced startup environments
Bachelor's Degree in Computer Engineering, Computer Science, or a related technical field

Lead technical direction for a small, fully remote team, dedicating significant time to hands-on coding and development
Act as the primary bridge between product strategy and technical execution
Guide architectural decisions and design solutions for web and mobile applications
Build scalable backend and front-end services for a web app
Develop features, tools, and fixes, along with comprehensive documentation
Enhance scalability, performance, and usability while ensuring post-launch stability
Work closely with Product Managers on roadmap planning, development, and ongoing maintenance
