- Expertise in UI/UX and data visualization
- Ability to effectively communicate tradeoffs, edge cases, and design decisions
- Startup experience
- Strong communication skills in both spoken and written English

- Experience designing products for technical users
- Experience building data-heavy dashboards and applications
