Required skills

Requirements

4+ years of product management or business operations experience
Experience with no-code/low-code platforms (e.g., automation tools, AI-powered workflows, etc.)
Experience working cross-functionally with non-technical stakeholders
Ability to communicate fluently across business functions (e.g., Finance, Sales, CS, etc.)
Ability to identify operational problems and independently deliver end-to-end solutions
Availability to operate as a solo contributor without an established playbook or large supporting team
Systems thinking ability (connecting issues across teams rather than addressing them in isolation)
Resourcefulness in finding existing solutions before proposing new builds
Ability to balance long-term vision with short-term execution priorities
Strong communication skills in both spoken and written English

Embed with CS, Sales, Marketing, and Finance teams to map workflows, surface pain points, and identify problems worth solving
Responsible for the operational excellence
Source, evaluate, and implement no-code and low-code solutions (e.g. automation tools, AI-powered workflows, off-the-shelf products, etc.) without requiring engineering resources
Define and own the internal AI roadmap, identifying opportunities to eliminate repetitive work, improve decision-making, and accelerate team performance
Partner with engineering when a custom build is the right path, writing clear requirements and owning delivery outcomes
Translate operational needs from business teams into actionable solutions for product and engineering
Design systems and processes built to scale with company growth
