Must-haves
- 5+ years of backend development experience
- Proficiency with Python
- Experience with Google Cloud Platform (GCP)
- Experience with MongoDB
- Proficiency with CI/CD pipelines, deployments, and infrastructure as code
- Deep understanding of API design (REST, GraphQL) and microservices architecture
- Ability to provide support on DevOps-related tasks
- Strong communication skills in both spoken and written English

- Bachelor's Degree in Computer Engineering, Computer Science, or equivalent
What you will work on
- Design, develop, and maintain backend services using Python
- Manage database operations and ensure data integrity with MongoDB
- Architect and deploy applications on Google Cloud Platform (GCP)
- Lead technical discussions and guide platform architecture decisions
- Review code and pull requests to ensure quality and best practices
- Collaborate with frontend developers, product managers, and stakeholders to deliver new features
- Support SRE and DevOps functions by assisting with reliability and deployment pipelines
