Must-haves
- 6+ years of software development experience
- Startup experience within B2B AI
- Experience with Next.js
- Experience with React
- Experience with Supabase and/or Airtable
- Experience with OpenAI and/or Anthropic
- Portfolio including 2+ US-based client projects in the last 18 months
- Strong communication skills in both spoken and written English (C1/C2)

What you will work on
- Design and scale backend systems for conversational AI
- Build APIs with LLM providers, real-time messaging, and session management
- Develop data pipelines for conversation history, analytics, and fine-tuning while ensuring enterprise-grade security
- Architect microservices for model orchestration, prompt management, response optimization, and match scoring logic
- Integrate backend with Framer frontend
- Project phases
- Core chat API and LLM integrations
- Real-time messaging and session handling
- Conversation history optimization
- Analytics pipelines and dashboards
- Multi-tenant architecture
- Advanced features (prompt optimization, A/B testing, rate limiting, etc.)
