Must-haves
- 8+ years of software development experience
- Experience as a senior back-end developer
- Expertise in PHP, Laravel, and MySQL
- Deep knowledge of back-end architecture, API development, and database management
- Experience with Amazon-hosted databases, queues, caches, and other cloud-based tech
- Skilled at collaborating across teams and aiding in strategic decision-making
- Exceptional problem-solving abilities to thrive in fast-paced and dynamic settings
- Ability to work independently and deliver results
- Strong communication skills in both spoken and written English
- Bachelor's Degree in Computer Engineering, Computer Science, or equivalent

- Experience with Flutter and other front-end technologies

- Work closely with the co-founder and other team members
- Develop, create, and enhance backend services and infrastructure

- Provide valuable insights and recommendations for technological advancements
- Participate in strategic discussions, proactively sharing problem-solving ideas
- Foster a collaborative and innovative environment
- Collaborate with the development and maintenance of the cross-platform Flutter application, aiming for feature parity with the iOS version
