Must-haves
- 8+ years of experience as a Senior Front-end engineer
- Deep knowledge of React.js and related front-end technologies
- Possesses a strong sense of design
- Experience in developing products with a focus on design and user experience
- Ability to work independently and make critical decisions with minimal supervision
- Excellent leadership skills
- Strong communication skills in both spoken and written English
Nice-to-haves
- Startup experience
- Familiarity with Python
- Experience with UX/UI design is a huge plus
- Bachelor's Degree in Computer Engineering, Computer Science, or equivalent
What you will work on
- Lead front-end development, ensuring smooth integration with Python back-end
- Collaborate with the Product Manager to create and add features that enhance user experience.
- Offer technical guidance on front-end best practices
- Make autonomous decisions about front-end architecture, UX/UI, and design
- Keep up with front-end trends and regularly improve the codebase
