Must-haves
- 5+ years of software development experience
- Expertise in TypeScript, React, and modern JavaScript development
- Experience with HTML5 and CSS3
- Strong understanding of web performance optimization
- Strong communication skills in both spoken and written English
Nice-to-haves
- Startup experience
- Next.js experience
- Experience with state management libraries (Redux, Zustand, etc.)
- Familiarity with Framer or similar design tools
- Understanding of game design and game mechanics concepts
- Bachelor's Degree in Computer Engineering, Computer Science, or equivalent

- Lead the design and implementation of complex front-end features and components
- Translate Framer designs into pixel-perfect, responsive web interfaces

- Optimize front-end architecture for speed, scalability, and cross-device compatibility
- Collaborate with full-stack engineers to ensure seamless integration with the back-end
- Mentor junior developers and contribute to team knowledge-sharing
