Must-haves
- 5+ years of mobile development experience
- Experience in the fintech or financial services industry
- Experience developing and launching iOS and Android applications with React Native
- Proficiency in Node.js for backend development
- Strong knowledge of RESTful APIs and integration
- Experience with agile methodologies
- Solid understanding of software engineering best practices
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced startup environment
- Strong communication skills in both spoken and written English
- Bachelor's Degree in Computer Engineering, Computer Science, or equivalent

What you will work on
- Develop mobile applications in React Native for both iOS and Android platforms
- Architect and build backend services using Node.js, ensuring scalability and reliability
- Design and maintain databases, managing storage, performance, and security
- Implement security and data protection measures
- Optimize applications for maximum speed and scalability
- Troubleshoot and debug applications to optimize performance
- Conduct code reviews, provide constructive feedback, and adhere to coding standards
- Work closely with UX/UI designers to implement pixel-perfect designs
- Collaborate with the product team to translate designs and wireframes into high-quality code
