Must-haves
- 7+ years of experience designing user interfaces for SaaS companies
- Experience with Figma or a similar design tool
- Experience with UX Research and UX Testing
- Strong portfolio with design projects, prototypes, wireframes, and visual designs
- Ability to clearly articulate design decisions and collaborate well with cross-functional teams
- Flourishes in fast-paced, high-growth environments
- Attention to detail
- Strong communication skills in both spoken and written English
Nice-to-haves
- Familiarity with front-end development technologies (e.g., HTML, CSS, JavaScript, React)
