Requirements

5+ years of experience designing successful mobile and web products
Strong portfolio showcasing UX and UI design skills
Proficiency in Figma and project management software like Linear
Experience conducting user research, usability testing, and analyzing user data
Solid understanding of interaction design, user-centered design principles, and information architecture
Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to think strategically about product design
Attention to detail and the ability to quickly pivot to meet evolving customer needs
Bachelor's degree in Design, HCI, or related field
Availability to go to the office in Jardins, São Paulo 3x a week

Own the design process from ideation to final implementation for mobile and web products
Design intuitive product experiences that enable users to self-activate and convert into paying customers
Create user flows, wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity mockups using Figma
Continuously iterate on designs based on user feedback, analytics, and usability testing
Conduct user research to gain insights into user needs, behaviors, and pain points, and translate these findings into actionable design solutions
Establish and maintain design systems, style guides, and UI libraries to ensure product consistency
Establish a reliable design feedback loop among customers, product, engineering, and GTM
Collaborate with product managers to define product requirements, prioritize features, and create product roadmaps
Work closely with engineers to ensure design feasibility, provide design specifications, and incorporate their feedback into the design process
Stay up-to-date with the latest design trends, technologies, and best practices
