2+ years of Salesforce Development experience
Experience with Marketing Cloud Automation Studio
Experience with T SQL (SFMC SQL), Journey Builder, AMP Script, and Content Builder
Experience with Policy Configuration
Experience with Test AB
Experience with Contact Builder (Ex: WhatsApp optIn, SMS OptIn)
Experience with Marketing Cloud Connector.
Experience with declarative tools (e.g. Flows, Process Builder)
Experience with Salesforce Sales and Service Clouds
Experience with Salesforce native deployment tools
Experience with Salesforce integrations
Experience with post-deployment activities, including knowledge transfer, process documentation, and application bug fixes
Expertise in HTML and JavaScript
Ability to identify and configure Populations
Strong communication skills in both spoken and written English

Design, develop, and customize applications using Salesforce
Custom development with REST APIs, Apex, VisualForce, Lightning
Work closely with business stakeholders and Salesforce administrators to translate business requirements into technical solutions
Configure, integrate, and maintain Salesforce Marketing Cloud to support marketing and email automation initiatives
Implement and optimize customer journeys, email campaigns, and automation workflows within the Marketing Cloud
Conduct code reviews and unit testing
Knowledge transfer, process documentation, application bug fixes
