Required skills

Requirements

3-6 years of data analytics experience
Experience writing and optimizing SQL queries against a central data warehouse
Experience building dashboards and reports with BI tools (e.g. Power BI, Tableau)
Ability to work directly with business stakeholders to help define what should be measured and why
Strong communication skills in both spoken and written English

Design, build, and maintain KPIs, measurement frameworks, and analytics solutions that support business decision-making
Build and maintain accurate, scalable, and easy-to-use dashboards and reports (e.g. Power BI, Tableau)
Write SQL and Python to extract, transform, and model data from a central data warehouse
Partner with business leads to translate goals into measurable metrics and communicate actionable insights to non-technical stakeholders
Improve existing measurement approaches, retire outdated reports, and evolve the analytics infrastructure as business needs change
