Requirements
Must-haves
- 1-4 years of data-related experience
- Experience with Excel (sorting, filtering, basic formulas)
- Basic knowledge of Python
- Ability to process high-volume datasets with accuracy and consistency
- Deep attention to detail in repetitive data tasks
- Deep understanding of data validation and reconciliation processes
- Strong communication skills in both spoken and written English
Nice-to-haves
- Startup experience
- Familiarity with CSV, Shapefiles
- Spanish language skills
- Bachelor’s Degree in Data, Computer Engineering, Computer Science, or equivalent
What you will work on
- This is a high-volume, repetitive, but essential "front-end" role
- Clean, label, and reconcile raw datasets from government sources
- Identify anomalies, missing values, and inconsistencies in large datasets
- Prepare structured data to support predictive modeling workflows
- Validate datasets against client documentation and resolve discrepancies
- Enable accurate data pipeline deployment for customer-facing dashboards
- Review and process high-volume datasets (Excel, CSV)
- Categorize and annotate data points based on project requirements
- Collaborate with Customer Success, Data Engineering
