Requirements

3+ years of Machine Learning Engineer experience
Experience training, fine-tuning, and testing ML/AI
Experience building applications with LLMs from entities like OpenAI, Anthropic, etc.
Deep knowledge and practical experience with vector databases and retrieval pipelines
Experience with AI tools such as LangChain
Experience with evaluation libraries such as Ragas, Weights & Biases, Langsmith, etc.
Strong proficiency in Python
Familiarity with AI/ML libraries
Startup experience
Exceptional problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and a team-first attitude
Strong communication skills in both spoken and written English
Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, AI, or a related field

Design, develop, and deploy innovative applications using advanced LLMs
Integrate LLMs into existing software architectures and optimize for performance
Collaborate with the founding team to ensure seamless integration of LLM technologies
Conduct research and experimentation with LLM-retrieval pipelines
Stay abreast of the latest developments in LLMs and AI research
Explore frameworks such as LangChain and similar tools to advance AI solutions
Build and maintain evaluation systems/datasets that ensure response quality and performance
