Requirements
Must-haves
- 5+ years of software development experience
- Experience with AI agent development and orchestration
- Experience with general-purpose LLM providers
- Experience with TypeScript, Node.js
- Experience with React
- Proficiency with agent frameworks and tooling (Mastra, Langchain, Browserbase, Playwright)
- Strong communication skills in both spoken and written English
Nice-to-haves
- Startup experience
- Experience with frontend and application frameworks (Supabase, Prisma, Drizzle)
- Experience with PostgreSQL
- Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Engineering, Computer Science, or equivalent
What you will work on
- AI agent execution: Design and implement autonomous agents that monitor live deal states and drive actions across Slack, email, documents, and internal platforms
- Multi-agent orchestration: Build and iterate on long-running, stateful agent workflows using Mastra with persistence, escalation paths, and failure handling
- Production LLM systems: Integrate and operate multiple LLMs to optimize quality, latency, and cost in customer-facing workflows
- Execution reliability and evidence: Ensure agents generate verifiable execution artifacts and behave consistently in high-impact sales scenarios
- End-to-end product development: Own features across backend services and frontend UX, taking products from MVP to production and scaling
- Testing and evaluation: Develop automated end-to-end tests and agent evaluation pipelines using Playwright to reduce regressions and improve execution quality
