Requirements
Must-haves
- 3+ years of software development experience with a strong back-end focus
- Experience with back-end development using Node.js
- Experience with front-end development using React, Next.js, TypeScript, HTML, CSS
- Experience building AI and LLM workflows, including Claude, OpenAI, Gemini, RAG, CAG
- Experience with agent frameworks and tooling (LangGraph, CrewAI, OpenAI Agents, Cursor Agents)
- Ability to operate effectively in ambiguous problem spaces and iterate on incomplete specifications
- Deep understanding of product-oriented development and pragmatic solution design
- Strong communication skills in both spoken and written English

- Startup experience
- Experience with B2B or distribution-related business processes (order flows, checkouts)
- Proficiency with collaboration and development tools (GitHub, Slack, Notion, Miro)
- Experience with relational databases (PostgreSQL)
- Experience with cloud and deployment platforms (Render, Vercel, AWS S3)
- Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Engineering, Computer Science, or equivalent
What you will work on
- Backend development: To design and maintain scalable backend endpoints supporting complex processing pipelines
- Agentic workflows: To implement multi-step agentic logic for data extraction, entity resolution, and ERP synchronization
- Data processing: To build PDF parsing and image processing flows that convert unstructured files into structured data
- Full-stack delivery: To develop user-facing interfaces and forms using React and Next.js that enable backend workflows
- System integrations: To integrate ERP platforms and email-based workflows to optimize distributor operations
