Requirements

4+ years of graphic design experience
Experience designing B2B marketing, sales enablement, educational, or technical materials
A strong portfolio demonstrating excellent graphic design
Experience conducting user research with international customers and translating feedback into design improvements
Experience working from incomplete briefs to independently develop design solutions
Proficiency with Figma, Adobe InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop
Experience with AI tools and modern creative workflows
Ability to simplify complex information into clear, intuitive visual communications
Ability to manage multiple projects from concept through final execution
Ability to take direct feedback and iterate quickly
Deep knowledge of typography, layout, spacing, and visual hierarchy
Strong communication skills in both spoken and written English

Design polished PDFs, one-pagers, presentations, educational guides, and other advisor- and client-facing materials
Translate complex financial and technical concepts into clear, visually compelling content
Establish design standards, templates, and systems that scale with the company
Maintain a consistent and professional visual identity across all materials
Conduct user research with international customers and turn feedback into design improvements
Collaborate with founders and teammates across product, growth, and client-facing functions
Use Figma and Canva as primary design tools, incorporating AI tools (e.g., Claude, Gemini) into daily workflow
