Requirements

Must-haves

  • 5+ years of professional experience supporting NetSuite in a multi-department business
  • Proficiency with NetSuite
  • Experience in a company of roughly $75M-$300M revenue, ideally with operational complexity in inventory, distribution, project, or multi-entity workflows
  • Experience with NetSuite administration, configuration
  • Experience with SuiteFlow, saved searches, dashboards, custom records, CSV imports, role-based security
  • Proficiency with business processes such as order management, purchasing, item management, fulfillment, accounts payable/ accounts receivable (AP/AR), general ledger
  • Experience with system integrations and cross-application issue resolution
  • Ability to troubleshoot complex issues and document solutions clearly
  • Strong communication with business stakeholders and technical teams
  • Strong communication skills in both spoken and written English

Nice-to-haves

  • Startup experience
  • Experience with SuiteScript, SuiteAnalytics, and integration platforms
  • Exposure to RF-SMART, ShipStation, Shopify, Magento, SPS Commerce, Celigo, and Boomi
  • NetSuite Administrator certification or equivalent experience
  • Experience in distribution, light manufacturing, and multi-location fulfillment environments
  • Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Engineering, Computer Science, or equivalent

  • Enhance data integrity, reporting accuracy, and operational visibility
  • Maintain a stable and scalable NetSuite environment
  • Support and optimize workflows across Item and Inventory Management
  • Support and maintain Integrations and Automations
  • Monitor and improve Process Controls and system reliability
  • Work across key areas: Item and Inventory Management, Automations and Integrations, Process Control and Monitoring
